Cazoo Rebrand
Pre-2024 and under prior ownership, Cazoo was an online automotive retailer. In 2024, Motors.co.uk Ltd bought the Cazoo brand and relaunched the brand as an automotive marketplace.
After purchasing the brand, I worked with the agency Fold7 to develop a rebrand that still ensured the brand was still recognisable as the old Cazoo, but with a vibrant, bold, and fresh new look.
Fold7 produced a custom typeface, 'Cazoo Sans', and refined the logo by making minor but carefully considered adjustments including the kerning, and the letter shapes to produce a more refined logo. The colours are reminiscent of the old brand which was important to do, but have been swapped out for more vibrant counterparts, reflective of the fact most consumers view our marketing material in a digital environment.
I took the work that Fold7 had done on creating our new brand, and set up our styles for presentations, social media assets, and more.
